Lolligag World has a new vinyl figure! “Aloha!” Lolligag is an adorable and lively new platform, themed like a sweet little hula girl. To celebrate the new platform, Lolligag World and QPop Shop & Gallery in Los Angeles are hosting a custom group show opening March 25th, 7PM.
I’m pleased to contribute a custom painted Aloha Lolligag piece to the showing. My piece, “Selene Lulamoon”, is painted with acrylics and oils, mounted on a wood base.
I think the eyeball lei adds just the right touch. 😉 If you’re interested in Selene Lulamoon, she will be available through QPop Shop March 25th, or through email at email@example.com
Feminamorphe 2 Exhibition is here! The wonderful Candie Bolton and myself curated a bang-up roster of fabulously skillful female artists to contribute to this installment of Feminamorphe at Wootbear Gallery. Lots of beautiful new 2D and 3D works will be available and on display through Wootbear in San Francisco, CA. Opening night is Feb 25th, if you are in town, definitely swing through!
I’ve contributed several painted toys to this year’s Feminamorphe exhibition, including “Koibito” the Kidrobot Micro Munny, a custom 3″ dunny “Peepers”, and “Koneko-Chan” painted Cherri Polly Nenne sofubi.
Pieces will range in price from $85-140 and be available directly through Wootbear! For this showing, I’ve also painted a Candie Bolton x Toy Art Gallery Bakekujira Sofubi figure. These big beautiful bake-babies stand nearly 12″ tall. This colorway I titled “Ochidono” is a 1-of piece painted in acrylics and oils. It will be available through Wootbear Gallery Feb 25th.
It’s that time of year again! Clutter Gallery is holding Giftwrapped’s 2016 installment opening December 10th at Clutter Gallery. I’ve contributed a new 3″ dunny to the show, “Fauno” who will be available through Clutter Gallery directly.
New original artwork is coming to Sally Centigrade Gallery.
PIQ! Presents “Hello Kitty & 99 Friends” Exhibition, opening April 16th. This massive group show will feature both 2D and 3D artworks interpreting many Sanrio characters.
I have contributed 2 artworks to #PIQHK99 . A 3″ mini Tokidoki Unicorno inspired by Sanrio’s Hummingmint character.
I’ve also completed a 2D Ink on Paper piece based on Sanrio’s “Show By Rock”, an anime series of the same name. It’s a cat-girl maid outfit rockstar girl, how much more Anime can you get? So cute!
Visit PIQ at New York City’s Grand Central Station for opening April 16th, or view the exhibition online at piqgifts.com/HK99 Thank you for your support!
